My goal is to help you reach your target without injuries or burnout, to teach you to listen to your body, understand training loads and nutrition. To make sport not just a temporary project, but a foundation of health and confidence for years to come.
I don’t just create training plans — I help you find balance, enjoy the process, and believe in yourself. Because when you train with joy, you become stronger not only physically but also mentally.
